Producer Series
Our Producer Series highlights coffees sourced from origin-led producers who manage the process end to end from farming to roasting. These coffees are not selected for volume, but for integrity, consistency, and shared values.
Mount Arjuno is one of East Java’s classic coffee-growing areas, known for its fertile volcanic soil and stable microclimate. Coffee from Arjuno is typically cultivated by smallholders at mid to high elevation, producing clean structure, balanced acidity, and dependable body. The area is well suited for both arabica and robusta with consistent post-harvest practices.
Mount Ringgit is an emerging origin in East Java with strong potential for differentiated profiles. The area is dominated by smallholder farms and community-based processing, allowing flexibility in processing styles. Coffees from Ringgit often show bold character, expressive aromatics, and strong terroir identity, particularly in natural and experimental lots.
Welirang is a well-established volcanic region recognized for its mineral-rich soil and cool growing conditions. Coffee from this area is valued for clarity, structure, and classic East Java profiles. Processing tends to be more standardized, making Welirang suitable for buyers seeking consistency and scalability.
At this stage, Welirang coffee is offered exclusively as roasted bean.
Green bean availability will follow in the next phase.
Dampit, located in southern East Java, is historically known as one of Indonesia’s major coffee-producing regions. With broad plantation coverage and experienced farming communities, Dampit delivers reliable volume and stable quality. Coffees from Dampit are often used as backbone components for blends due to their solid body and earthy sweetness.
The Bromo area sits within East Java’s highland volcanic landscape, shaped by cool temperatures and sandy volcanic soil. Coffee from this region is typically grown by smallholders at moderate to high elevation, resulting in cups with clean structure, light to medium body, and approachable acidity. Bromo origins are well suited for buyers seeking clean and balanced profiles with regional character.
This origin is part of our sourcing roadmap and currently under development.
Supply will be introduced once processing, volume consistency, and quality alignment are fully established.
Tutur is a hilly agricultural area in Pasuruan, positioned between the Arjuno–Welirang range and the route toward Bromo. Coffee production here is dominated by smallholder farms with practical post-harvest methods and steady yields. While not as mature as established highland origins, Tutur offers reliable volume and approachable profiles, making it suitable for bulk supply and blend components.
This origin is part of our sourcing roadmap and currently under development.
Supply will be introduced once processing, volume consistency, and quality alignment are fully established.
The Ijen highlands are known for their cool climate and fertile volcanic soil influenced by the surrounding caldera system. Coffee from this area often shows a clean cup, gentle acidity, and well-defined structure. Ijen is recognized as a consistent East Java origin, suitable for both single-origin offerings and structured commercial programs.
